ZeroPuff is a habit and streak tracker. It calculates how long you have been smoke-free, how many cigarettes you have avoided and how much money you have saved, and sends reminders you choose. It is not a medical device or health service, and it does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice.
You can use the app without signing in. In guest mode all information you enter is stored only on your device. We do not receive it.

The habit and log information above relates to your smoking habit. We treat it as sensitive, use it only to provide the app, and never use it for advertising.
We do not use your information for advertising, do not build advertising profiles, and do not make automated decisions that affect you legally.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the app, and only as needed:

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of users and the app. The app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
If you allow notifications, ZeroPuff schedules reminders (daily check-in, streak protection, milestones, and your chosen smoking-window alerts) locally on your device. No push-notification service or third-party messaging service is used. You can turn reminders off in the app (Profile → Reminders) or in your Android system settings.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections, per-account access restrictions on the database, and signing keys kept private. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us right away.

Depending on where you live (for example, in the European Economic Area, the UK, or California), you may have additional rights, including to access, correct, port, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise these rights, email aadi4789@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We process your information to perform our agreement with you (providing the app and your account), based on your consent where you sign in and enable optional features such as reminders, and for our legitimate interest in keeping the app secure and improving it.
ZeroPuff is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual clauses.
ZeroPuff is a tracking and motivation tool. Estimates such as cigarettes avoided and money saved are based on the information you enter. Nothing in the app is medical advice. If you need support with quitting, or have any health concern, speak to a qualified professional or a local quitline.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. If we make material changes we will notify you in the app or by other appropriate means.
