Delete your ZeroPuff account and data

You can permanently delete your ZeroPuff account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what is kept.

Option 1: Delete inside the app (immediate)

Open ZeroPuff and sign in if you are not already.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account.
Read the warning and tap Delete to confirm.

Your account and all your backed-up data are deleted immediately from our servers, all local data is erased from your device, and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer open the app (for example you uninstalled it or changed phones), request deletion by email:

Send an email to aadi4789@gmail.com with the subject ZeroPuff account deletion request.
Send it from the email address of the Google account you used to sign in to ZeroPuff, so we can verify it is you.
We will delete your account and data within 30 days (usually much sooner) and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Data	Result
Profile: name, email address, profile picture, account ID	Deleted
Habit set-up: quit date, cigarettes per day, pack size and price, currency, smoking times, your reason for quitting	Deleted
Smoking logs, craving logs, daily check-ins, achievements	Deleted
Notification preferences and app activity events	Deleted
Sign-in (authentication) record	Deleted – you can no longer sign in with that account
Data stored on your device	Erased when you delete in the app, or when you uninstall the app

What may be kept

Routine encrypted backups held by our hosting provider are overwritten on their normal rotation schedule, typically within 30 days. They are not used or restored.
Limited records if we are legally required to keep them.

If you only used guest mode

Guest data exists only on your device and was never sent to us. Delete it with Profile → Delete local data, or by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in Android settings.

Partial deletion

If you would like to remove only some data (for example individual logs) without deleting your account, you can edit or remove entries in the app, or email us and we will help.
